At APKI POTLI, we deliver our authentic Indian flavours across India. We carefully pack every order to ensure your products reach you safely and in excellent condition.
We offer Free Shipping on orders above ₹899. For orders below ₹899, a flat shipping charge of ₹99 will apply.
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (1–2 business days) after the order is confirmed. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location, pincode and courier availability.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders. A ₹99 COD handling fee is applicable in addition to the shipping charges. The COD handling fee is non-refundable once the order has been processed.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier delays, weather conditions, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control. You will receive order and tracking updates once your shipment has been dispatched.
