We accept Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) payments on eligible orders.

A ₹99 COD handling fee applies to COD orders.

The COD handling fee is separate from shipping charges and is non-refundable once the order has been processed.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours.

Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

A flat ₹99 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹899.

Orders above ₹899 qualify for free shipping across India.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location, pincode, courier availability, weather conditions and other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation requests can only be accepted if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

9. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

As our products are food items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

However, if your order arrives:

  • Damaged or broken

  • Incorrect

  • Incomplete

  • With a missing product

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the package and product.

After verification, we may provide a replacement, refund or another appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances.
