We want every Potli to reach you fresh, safe and just the way it left us. ❤️

As our products are food items, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, except in cases where the product has arrived damaged, incorrect or incomplete.

If something isn't right with your order, don't worry — we're here to help.

Damaged Product

If your product arrives damaged, broken or in an unsuitable condition:

  1. Please take clear photos or a video of the package and the product.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Share your order number along with the relevant photos/videos.

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Wrong Product

Received a product different from what you ordered?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the product received.

Once verified, we'll make it right and send you the correct product at no additional cost.

Missing Product

If any product is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We'll review the order details and, after verification, arrange the missing product or an appropriate resolution.

Change of Mind

Since our products are food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong product or do not like the taste.

We encourage you to carefully review the product description, ingredients and taste profile before placing your order.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed after the issue has been reviewed and verified.

The refund will generally be made through the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment gateway or banking processing timelines.

Please note that COD handling charges are non-refundable once the order has been processed.

Important Note

For any damaged, incorrect or incomplete order, please retain the original product, packaging and shipping materials until the issue has been resolved. These may be required for verification.
